During this visit I was able to get in and out of the store with relative ease. I was only turning in my old phone, so I did not need much help . The techs at AT&T are very helpful. .

I have been a customer for 23 years . My latest interaction with this store was terrible. It took the lady that helped me 3 hours to upgrade my plan . And in the end many mistakes were made. She continued to leave my table to go and help other customers. I do not think that is good customer service. I finally came home and got all my issues resolved by calling At&t's 800 number. Terrible customer service at this store....

Do not trust a word any salesman at this store tells you! My $75 a month bill turned out to be $95 with 20 gigs less on my hotspot then was promised at the store. When you ask for anything in writing they will tell you that you simply can't get it in writing that you have to wait until something comes in the mail. Don't bother trying to call any of the phone numbers they give you for the store because no one answers one number and the other number simply hangs up on you. Absolutely pitiful customer service. They apparently will tell you anything to get a sale. Moving back to t-mobile!

Yes, we always carry the newest phones from Samsung. Stop by our Queensbury location and see them in person.
We usually have enough stock of all the newest iPhone devices and make it easy for you to buy online and pick up in the store.
Show up and then go back out to the car to wait, then they come out and get you.
Your best option is to take it to the UPS store they will scan it and give you a receipt
