I have nothing but the upmost respect for Jason and his team of guys working for him! These guys have always went above and beyond with customer service and any question i decided to ask. When i purchased my first Honda cbr 600rr, i contacted Jason and asked him to look the bike over and make sure it was safe to ride. After further inspection they found that the wheels were installed without some of the needed hardware. This is why i will always take a pre owned motorcylcle to RPM to get looked over!

Not impressed at all. My son had made arrangements to have new tires mounted on his dirt bike. I have the time to do run around things like for the kids. I pulled up with the bike on my trailer and and a kid came out the front door and said they did not have time to do it. I said my son had already made the arrangements. Nope, not happening. Which is fine as I ended up going to Flywheel Motorsports. I'll be doing my helmet Christmas shopping at Flywheel. 8-22-22 RESPONSE TO OWNERS RESPONSE It would have been difficult for my son to make a hard appointment 10 days earlier when you suggest he did as the new tires had not shipped. He received the tires two days prior to me bringing in the motorcycle. Your response is indicative of a poor mindset for a business owner. I hope others will recognize that. The correct response would have been? Indeed. Present your evidence if you are inclined to do so. The smart thing for RPM to do would have been to unload the bike and do it when they could.

Copies eBay listings from small American powersports stores. Their prices are higher than other stores for same exact parts. Since they take hard work from other small American powersport shops online, I wonder how much integrity they provide normal customers?
