Very unorganized! My was suppose to see Dr.Smith but instead they had me scheduled with Dr.Bistline un unbeknownst to me. No one identifies themselves when they come into your room, and they like to call you pet names like ‘honey, sweetly, darlin’, etc. Not impressed. Don’t think I’ll be returning there again.

This review is for the scheduled appointment I had with Dr. Gnavam, the neurosurgeon, last week. 1130 appointment. Was not called back until well past 1pm. Was advised around 2pm that the doctor I had the appointment with was "too busy" and only doctor I could see was their pain specialist, Dr. Bistline. My appointment was strictly for the neurosurgeon. But, after waiting 2.5 hrs, I said sure, why not, already missed half a day of work, let's make some progress. She saw me around 2pm and stated she could perform an epidural steroid injection. She said it would be done ASAP. Well, that was also incorrect. Was sent to sit with a line of other people waiting for injections. Keep in mind I've had multiple epidural steroid injections in the past for the same injury. Not effective. 1 hr later, I'm called back. The doctor didn't even let me fully lay down on my stomach before she jabbed me with the anesthetic. So it basically went straight into my back muscle. The most painful epidural I've ever received. Not just at the time of injection, but since she didn't wait for me to be relaxed, my whole right leg was in excruciating pain and my back was in more pain than I'd ever experienced in my life. Do NOT go to this place. Turns out even though I had provided copies of my MRI's via disc and email, it wasn't in their system. So she was injecting blindly with no point of reference. This place is a mill. Waiting room standing room only. Not the most sterile environment. See photos. The doctors come once a week from West Palm Beach. This is why they overbook. There is so much dust in each room, considering anywhere in that facility as a sterile environment would be quite the stretch. See photos. If referred here, like what a previous post from someone else today stated, DO NOT GO. Ask for a different doctor for the referral. Anywhere, even without electricity, would be a better option than this mill of an operation. I have been treating a back injury for over three years and have never experienced anything like this. Ridiculous wait, no communication within the office...100% money grab only. I'd wager they do a poor job on their procedures so you have to keep coming back. Would rather deal with my pain x2 then ever step foot back into this place or be seen by any of the doctors here. Avoid at all costs. Your health will thank you later. *Note: laughable their signs say they are understaffed, please be patient etc. Being overbooked is 100% the reason why this place is an absolute disaster. Again, AVOID. Profits over patients.

This place is an injection mill. They come up to Brevard once a week from West Palm Beach and have everyone scheduled for the same day. Standing room only. Allow 4+ hrs from the time of your appointment to when you should expect to leave. Longer if getting injections. Incompetent doctor handles the injections....their pain specialist. Wouldn't wish this place upon my worst enemy. Front staff and physician assistant are the only bright areas. If referred here, ask for additional options.

Staff are nice appts and organization horrible they call and reschedule you more than once in the same day because a Dr isn't going to be there to go when the Dr will be get there at the scheduled appt for them to not able to take you because the same Dr they reschedule you for 3 times isn't there that day. Wasted time energy and gas
