My husband was seen there exactly one month ago today. He was told his MS was aggressive and they wanted to treat is aggressively and ASAP. He left with a refferal (generic) to find a place for his infusions and blood work was to be sent to the lab. Lab orders took weeks to get the correct labs ordered. Then after finding a location to have infusions (on our own) his infusions were sent to our local pharmacy vs the fusion center. Ladt week we were told his fusions were denied by insurance because knight neurology hadn't returned any of their calls to get things approved. Fast forward to yesterday. Injections now approved. Today blood work is off so now injections are questionable and guess who isn't answering the phone. MS is stressful enough and this office has made this experience 10 times more stressful on my husband and family. The only reason 2 stars, the doctor seems to know what hes doing. Too bad the staff is terrible. Do better Knight neurology ***Same day update: injections NOT approved. Insurance is still waiting to have a "peer to peer" with Knight neurology. The whole "Everything is all set" was probably to shut my husband up and then ignore his calls for another day
