We found Shell Harper is the best place for my father-in-law. They have everything any retired person need and still keep their independency. They opened last year so everything is brand new and clean. The staff are very friendly and available 24 hours for the residences convenience and emergency. My father-in-law couldn’t be more happy anywhere else.

what gives me pause is...there are no monthly rates listed for any unit which leads me to believe low income social security seniors cannot afford it?
