Luxury in name only apartments. Basically what everyone else says. Cheaply made. Can hear the upstairs neighbor clomping around all night, someone revving their car up at 7:30, pretty much every little thing. As someone who frequently works till 3am it is really hard to get a good nights sleep. Not only that but this dump is already falling apart. Cheap appliances and dirty floors upon moving in. When we complained that the floor felt grimy after we moved maintenance came by when we weren’t here and said it was fine. They looked at the wrong room. Finally they came back when my fiancé was home as we had originally asked, felt our carpets and agreed they carpet cleaner used too much shampoo leaving them to feel dirty. Well we never heard back so I just ended up spending a Saturday cleaning it myself. Sink constantly breaks because every little thing in the apartment is cheap. Avoid avoid avoid. Not worth the insane amount they charge.

I was extremely excited to apply for an apartment after touring the property with Shay a few weeks ago. She was very nice, professional but super sweet and the property was very nice however when I just called to apply, I was very abruptly told they are under new management and even though the website says there are apartments available, Ashley in her very cold tone just stated there is nothing until the second week of November. I understand changes happen but maybe some coaching on how to explain that to potential new residents would be nice. Seems like new management might not be as good after that conversation and from a sales perspective, she completely discouraged and pushed me from ever applying.

I just moved out after a year of living at Solamere. It was great and I had no issues or complaints. The apartments are really spacious!! The property manager Kelly and leasing agent Shae are super amazing! They are extremely helpful and respectful, and genuinely care. I highly recommend considering this apartment.

Awesome well the hot water doesn't work maybe you should have maintenance fix that Mrs Owner.
It is included in the rent however, will not be finished until March or later. Date has changed several times.
They didnt 3 years when we moved in. It was an intensive background check. It was almost 2 weeks before we were even approved for the move in application. But it's also a new management company since then. Go into the office they don't like to answer the phones, not enough staff!
Not that im aware. They keep the grounds and apts. In very good condition. But i dont live there to be certain.
