Tried to get a breast pump from here and the lady had “trouble” verifying my insurance so she told me to “just breast feed naturally” ….after I had mentioned that my baby is a preemie in the NICU so I can’t. She was super rude and the comment was unnecessary and very hurtful. I went to another company to get the pump and they had no problems so I think she probably has something against pumping mothers.

Whoever answer their phones need to be a lot more professional and not rude, especially when you are asking about supplies that you are paying out of pocket for..

5 stars is not enough. I had a emergency situation where I needed a nebulizer immediately it was 4:52pm called this place, they had one told Cindy my situation & that I was racing there to get it she waited for me when I got there I had problems with my insurance because the doc didn't give me the right paperwork I was upset & stressed even though they had been there all day and were closing Cindy took her time explained everything I needed to do to get ins to cover it and made sure I walked out with my nebulizer and everythingi neededwith it. She was extremely polite and went out of her way to make sure she solved my problem this store has exceptional customer service and client care if you need any kind of medical equipment THIS IS THE ONLY PLACE TO GO by far they care about the customer not the sale & in this time & age that's a hard quality to find. Thank you guys again if you read this.
