Tonight was my first class and man, what an awesome workout! I found a welcoming environment and a group that really gets down on the mat! Can’t wait to return, looking forward to improving form and technique!

Our kiddos joined recently and its been a great experience. Coach Greg asserts his dominance with the kids in a way that they all listen but he also makes sure they all know its ok to walk away and take their time if needed. The coaches are all friendly and involved. The monthly fees are doable/fair and not by contract. We can't wait to see how far the kids go under the guidance and training of coach Greg and staff.

An amazing experience if you haven't had the chance to stop by and check it out here at this gym, I highly recommend going in and getting on the mats to do some No Gi Jiu-Jitsu. The instructors are great they will show you step by step and if you need to get with them one on one you can. You will learn good techniques. Your jiu jitsu game can and will elevate in a short period if you stay consistent with it here at this gym because you will be tested constantly. They have a unique style in how they teach at element. You will have fun rolling here. You will also meet new cool people that could possibly become life long friends. If you are looking for that more aggressive edge in your jiu jitsu to take it to another level in different ways or even if your just a beginner it is definitely a good place to be. Check it out.

As someone who's brand new to grappling I'm glad element is my first training spot. Amazing instructors who have been extremely welcoming and motivating. I'd suggest element to anyone wanting to start grappling or looking for somewhere to train.

I’m in the military and sometimes get out of work late. Is it okay if some days I’m not able to make the whole class?

Justine Romero | May 26, 2022
Element Grappling-Brazilian Jiu Jitsu | May 26, 2022

Yes of course! Most our Members and Coaches are military. We totally get it! People have crazy work schedules even if they aren't military. At Element Grappling-Brazilian Jiu Jitsu we have folks show up anywhere from 5 minutes-60 minutes late, and that's completely okay. It doesn't really matter WHEN you show up, what matters is that you SHOW up. There is nothing better after a long day then getting mat therapy! Thank you for the question Justine!

Ive been doing BJJ for about 30 seconds, Ive come to the conclusion that Gi sucks… are yall NoGi only? That would be neat.

While we don't think gi sucks, to each their own, we are a No-Gi Jiu Jitsu focused gym. We wont turn anyone who shows up in the Gi but most of us will be rolling without the gi!

Do you guys have nogi jiujitsu classes?

Austin Quintero | May 26, 2022

Yes we do! In fact our school is one of the only purely No-Gi based Jiu Jitsu gyms located in the Fort Bragg/Fayetteville area!

Well if you come to Element Grappling we can definitely show you a guard sweep series called "Queso" which will render any TACO jiu jitsu passes irrelevant!
