I took off work early to be seen as walk-in. I was told I could be seen as long as there by 230. I rush as much as I could, being it was pouring rain. I explained I was out of bp medicine. I arrived at 2:28, no one at desk. Lady comes up at 2:30, tells me I can't be seen..she was in the bathroom. So just heads up! People are just lazy everywhere these days I guess.

I will NEVER come back here. I’d give them no stars if possible. Very disrespectful and the doctor says unnecessary comments to me like “don’t go getting pregnant out here” “change your Medicaid it’s garbage” etc. the deck lady isn’t very nice either. I walked in at 3:15 bc you get seen pretty fast. I left at 3:40. Before I left I asked for a work note, she gave me this nasty look and said “why are you just now coming and getting a work note?? We close at 4 and doors are locked at 3:30”. They have a bunch of Christian decor displayed but treat their patients poorly. So much for a “Christian” doctors office. Do NOT come to this doctors office.

I absolutely love everyone at this office! They’re very professional in everything they do AND the PA actually listens to your complaints and investigates your issues thoroughly! Best thing I did was switch healthcare providers 3 years ago!

My new insurance won’t let me see dr Raphael anymore. And I hate it. I’m tempted to pay out of pocket to come back here. I liked this guy and he’s not some know it all pre Madonna like some of those others in town. And a heck of a lot better than anything I’ve met at cape fear. Life was better and a little easier being checked by this man. That’s for sure.
