NOT A GOOD PLACE TO STAY! I've been there for about 3 years an the first year in I told maintenance that my floors felt weak an wasnt able to walk on certain areas of the floor it then takes them 8 months for them to do NOTHING! So needless to say I fell threw the floor an almost snapped my ankle going through the floor. They say they dont have the resources to repair the damage before but will act quick when you fall through dont ever think about coming to live here they will waste your time an not attend to the things that need to be fixed

Dodged a bullet with this place! Took my down payment of $300 before even showing me the apartment I would’ve gotten and after reviewing more about the place I decided to cancel and she tells me the deposit is non refundable! Also took 3 weeks just to figure out if I was approved or not, definitely read the fine print with them and the reviews aren’t lying with this place.

Chachi works there and helps with the maintenance, the place is clean and management is amazing. Looking to move in in may. Love it. Dont listen to the bad reviews, management has changed.
