Christine the person I spoke with dropped the ball on my enrollment. They were only doing Zoom due to the current environment. They did nor send me the link to attend the class. On the Saturday of the start of my class no link ever came and there was no number to call. Due to not attending the class I was found guilty of my charge. I called them to get a refund and Christine laughed at me. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY. THE SEVICE IS NONE EXISTENT AND THEY CAN CARE LESS ABOUT YOU.

Do not take any class with them. Find somewhere better. After paying and everything they act like they don’t know you. Before paying they acted as if they will take care of everything.

Worst program ever. Terrible customer service, its like pulling teeth to get these people to do their job. When asking a simple question over the phone, the operator gives you an aggressive attitude and makes you feel very uncomfortable. Your case manager will not care about you, it feels like they will go out of their way to either fine your or make it so your duties to them are prolonged. If can avoid dealing with this entity do it AT ALL COSTS! Do it if the other dui program is an hour+ away from your house. It will be worth with it in the long run.

How much does it cost

I paid $400 plus $2 convenience fee. There are other fees not included in the initial cost like outside assessments, interlock monitoring, etc. Each case is different, but it's $400 to get the ball rolling.

I got a reckless driving by speeding ticket and the judge had me take the RADEP class. It was 127$. 125$ for the class itself and 2$ for using card to pay. Also, I had to pay a seperate 25$ fee for reschedualing because I missed my 8 hour portion of the class (if this is the class you're taking, be sure to get there 10 minutes early) and you have to take that one before the 4 hour portion. However if you're just choosing to take this class just to take it I think the cost is a bit different. But go ahead a give the place a call. The ladies that work there are extremely nice.
