No guest wifi, known and long-standing issue. For patients who have to sit around and wait a significant amount of time, this needs to be fixed.

Avoid at all cost. They schedule you six months in advance and then cancel randomly saying that the doctor won't be in the clinic that day. I would not waste my time with their scheduling process and look elsewhere

I feel that Dr. Susan West was unprofessional. She interrupted me as I was trying to explain my condition and closed the door in my face as we were walking out. I have never had a doctor behave in this manner.

Very sad to say I made an appointment sometime late September 2020 and was told it would be February 4th, 2021 so I confirmed the appointment because I felt I had no other option but to wait so on January 10th 2021 I received letter confirming my Feb 4th appoint to include required paperwork to be completed in support of my scheduled visit, only to receive a letter on Jan 25 telling me I’m due for an appointment and they have not been able to reach me so I needed to call their office to make an appointment. After calling the office I was advised they do not have a record of my appointment and that it says in the system it was canceled due to COVID and if I desired I could rescheduled. My disappointment is after patiently waiting 6 months for nothing after having verified papers in hand offering reasonable hope only to be turned away as if everything was seemly my fault. I realize things happen but this echo disorganization so maybe a deleted appointment was a blessing, yet left with a medical need.
