So friendly and helpful. Truly seem to care about the animals. They sometimes get pigs, bunnies and chickens so if you're not sure what type of pet you would like just call. They have a play area and are patient. Very informative. We adopted our kitten here and they offered us $50. back when she was old enough to be spayed. Thank you for all you do there. Had fun with Miss. JoCo Emilyann and all of the wonderful staff and pets 🧜♀️

Michelle just so nice and helping me this morning cuz I'm handicapped bring me the clipboard to fill out for my babies rabie shot and telling me were to drive around to and wait for someone to come out and give him his shot and the lady was so nice to me and my fur babie . I don't see the tag and went back and they were so good to me showed me were it was on the paperwork , LoL I felt like a dummy for not looking at the bottom of the page. Will be back to see them in a year .

Call Johnston Animal Control and file a complaint. They should investigate the matter. If this does not work, call your police department and file a complaint with them.
They try their very best to adopt out as many animals as possible, but yes they are a kill shelter
