If you're trying to call them don't, please for your own good just don't. First time I called as a new patient trying to get an appointment time and verify insurance etc I called and was placed on hold but after being on hold for 20 minutes I decided to hang up and call back again again I was placed on hold and waited 20 minutes the reason I waited 20 minutes is because that's how long I chose to wait until I decided to hang up and call back yeah I probably should have hung up a lot sooner but you know I really wanted to make sure that they were just not busy and give them the opportunity to pick back up the phone well after I called and the same thing happened I waited an hour before calling back and again I was placed on hold and waited for 10 minutes this time before hanging up and deciding to write this post. Since I have not been a patient here yet and my calls were to become a patient I do not have any experience with actually working with this facility nor do I have any experience getting care here so not I'm not sure about the quality of the service they provide once you actually get admitted but I will never attempt to contact this place nor will I ever attempt to get services here because let's be real urgent cares are a dime a dozen down here in south orange county

The worst experience ever. We took our two year old and waited about an hour for the doctor to storm in and ask us why we didn't call our pediatrician. Then he barely looked in her ears and said they were a little red and prescribed her an antibiotic. Then said to basically not come back bc they are NOT a primary care physician. Obviously we know that, we went after our pediatrician's hours. He didn't listen to anything we said, didn't look at what we were concerned about. Then he just left without telling us the result of her Covid/flu test or anything helpful for that matter. We will never return and tell all family/friends to not come here. The doctor's name is Richard Lifman (sp?) UPDATE we went to our pediatrician and they told us AFC is an urgent care that they DO NOT recommend at all. Also! The NP actually got a good look in my little one’s ear and she said her ears look absolutely fine. So glad I listened to my gut and didn’t give her the antibiotic yet.

Took my son in for an earache. It was easy to make an appt, the check in process was fast, the clinic is clean and the staff were so nice and helpful. Andre, the MA, was great and patient with my son who did not feel well. Richard, the PA was excellent! He is so good with kids, I was very impressed. So happy we have an AFC in our community. I will be back and I highly recommend this clinic.

I was recently traveling in the area and took my 1 year old in. I was worried that it might be an ear infection and that he might have had trouble breathing. The front desk and nurses were very friendly and helpful. My son was having trouble having his oxygen level read and they really tried making him feel comfortable while checking his levels. However, to start, there wasn't any sanitary paper on the patient bed or anything covering the pillow. Then the Dr came in. He was the most condescending Dr. I've ever encountered. I was honestly just in shock at how he treated me. It was like he couldn't believe I would come in and waste his precious, valuable time and that I should have just gone to my son's pediatrician. I reiterated that I was traveling out of state and was worried about my son's health. But, when I told him why I thought he might be dehydrated or why I thought he might have had an ear infection he rolled his eyes and laughed and proceeded to let me know why I was wrong and that he could tell just by looking at my son that he was fine. Coming in as a worried parent in a different state looking for some peace of mind, I can tell you, this was an absolutely terrible experience that I will never forget. I left crying out of anger for the disrespect I had just encountered. I would look elsewhere for your urgent care needs.

I had to go back to AFC to get results. They turn off their phones when they start getting too many calls.
They offer various tests and each is a different price and some may be covered by insurance. So you need to call them.
