Everything was getting ready to close not many shops. Boardwalk they put up lights but lots of kids skateboarding no control. Police were more worried about parking tickets than safety. Wear your Mask lots of people not. Ocean Sands Resort was very nice. Employees were very nice.

No license needed to fish in saltwater from a licensed pier. You can fish or drop small crabbing nets from the pier. You do have to know some fish, like roundhead mullet, which must be between 12"-18" to keep them. All freshwater and brackish waters require a license.
