Well the parking lot is for everyone..regardless of fishing or not...but it is right there at the pier...there is a charge to park..get there early enough you're ok

There is parking there but they have a parking down the street behind Atlantic Ave that seems to be a better fit for the money because you can leave and come back in if you have to. The parking I saw in Atlantic Ave have no re-entry

They charge different parking fees based on if your fishing on the pier or going to the beach ⛱ There is a cheaper evening fee, but I don't know when that starts.
