After even another request for a refund he has still refused to send my refund. EVEN AFTER RETURNING HIS USELESS PRESCRIPTION TO HIM IN A FORMAL REQUEST FOR A COMPLETE REFUND. *******FAIR WARNING****** ANYONE needing an optometrist don't go to Gary Shultz at Eyemart in Bend. He charged me a pile of $$$ for nothing. And then refused to give me a refund. The contacts he prescribed didn't work. I was unable to even see the speedometer on the dash of my car. I had to get so close that I wasn't able to see the road. I went back to him, an 80 mile round trip, so that he could berate me. So I thought we'll I will give the contacts more time. They still didn't work after a MONTH! SO, another 80 miles and he copied a previous TWO YEAR OLD PERSCRIPTION. Of course this well paid "OPTOMETRIST" didn't sign the rewritten prescription. So again I had to go back to this QUACK!

Thanks so much guys! My husband desperately needed new glasses and couldnt get an appointment ANYWHERE. An absolutely heroic lady in front sent us to America's Best just down the road. We were in and back within the hour. Then Melissa helped us select frames that were perfect, even double checking with lab to make the sunglasses could be tinted correctly. Thanks again! 👍👍
