First time here... it was clean, friendly, organized and the gel/shellac color selection was great!! Great colors!! I also think they're very reasonably priced if you're looking to do nail art or more intricate designs.

Called ahead after reading reviews of hidden prices, asked about all costs including gel polish (extra $15) and they still snuck in extra pricing at check out!! Not happy.

Technician did not sanitize instruments in between clients. Ordered a deluxe pedicure, did not deliver. My granddaughter had lash extensions. She glued her eye. Procedure was supposed to take 1.5 hrs, she wad done in 45 min.Her lashes were falling out in the car..

I have been coming to this salon every 2 weeks for the last 4 years to get hypothecure and have never had a problem today I go in and it looks like there's 2 new male owners.. I called ahead for an appointment showed up sat in the pedicure chair for 45 minutes and nobody even put water in it and there were 3 other people waiting for services while I was there that came in after me and they were still pimping more pedicures when they didn't even have people to do them I got up and left and the only thing they had to say was have a nice day talk about horrible service
