The technician quality is okay - depending on who you setup services with. Had some lashe sets last about 1 week and others up to 4 weeks. However, the front desk service is terrible - rude, doesn't communicate well with one another, openly talks about others, argues with customers in the lobby (seen with other customers and experienced myself), and blames customers for member account setup issues within their system. I signed on for a membership, but the system would not auto-process the monthly payment. It would however process the payment if I paid day of service (same card as the one on file). It was deteremined there was an account setup issue on their side, however no one took the time to fix it. Instead, I received monthly calls, had been directed to call my bank and fix the isssue (this was on month 3) and the receptionist argued with me when I advised that the issue was with their system and that the payment will process in-person. I canceled my membership and will never go back.

Absolutely terrible customer service. Front desk can never figure out what amount is owed. Lashes took longer than normal and I didn’t have time to fight with them on what the correct pricing was as I was late to my next appt. I asked the front desk lady to figure it out (as she stated she was new and needed to wait for her manager) & call me with the total and I’d make a payment over the phone. Instead I received a call from Jade, who called and rudely told me that they would not service me again if I ditched payment. I explained to her what happened… very unapologetic. I asked to speak with the manager manager stated all phone calls are recorded and she would listen to how jade spoke but manager was also very unapologetic… never was a resolution made because the manager never called back. Membership canceled. My mother and daughter also canceled! Just find a licensed person on style seat… way less money and the lashes stick on much better!! Mine last three weeks at amazing lash. 6 weeks with my previous tech. I’ll just take the 20 min drive to the better quality and more professional staff! I did accidently call to book an appointment and then remembered this incident... and canceled within 60 seconds!

Absolutely! To help your lashes last longer, be sure to wash them with our Eyelash Foaming Cleanser after a workout or heavy activity. This will remove excess oil around your eyelash extensions.
At Amazing Lash Studio, all of our lash stylists are professionally trained in our proprietary extension application process, in addition to their professional training as a licensed esthetician or cosmetologist. Master and Senior stylists, our most accomplished lash artists, are also available. They are all dedicated to making your lashes look amazing.
Eyelash extension refills take 45-60 minutes. If less than 50% of your lash extensions remain (per eye) you may need to schedule a Full Set instead.
Our lash studio asks that our guests allow 90 minutes to 2 hours for your first full set appointment. If you have lash extensions on currently, please let us know so we can schedule additional time for a lash removal service.

To ensure that we have the proper amount of time for each guest, we require that you book an appointment for our lash studio. You may choose your stylist and the time that works best for you. You can also indicate the style of lash extensions you want at that time.
For best results, our lash studio recommends keeping your new lashes dry and avoiding participating in activities with excessive humidity and that cause you to sweat for the first 48 hours after application.
Our lash lifts curl and elevate your natural lashes using a perming solution, and last about 4-6 weeks depending on your natural lash cycle. Our eyelash extensions are individual lashes attached to each of your natural lashes. We ask that our guests arrive at their appointment with a fresh face. Remove all eye makeup, and avoid using sunscreen or moisturizers. Please don't curl your lashes or wear mascara. Right before the appointment you may be asked to cleanse your lashes with a mild cleanser to remove any leftover oils.
When applied by one of our amazing professionals, eyelash extensions should last the length of the natural growth cycle of your own eyelashes. Depending on your activity and day-to-day routine, most people need refills every 2-3 weeks!
