Linn Valley Lake has been amazing! The beach is nice, the pool is fun and seeing my family on our boat tubing is priceless! Everyone I have met has had nothing but great things to say! Can’t wait to have our house built!

This was our first summer owning property at Linn Valley after many years of talking about it. My biggest regret is not buying sooner. My kids (10 and 7) have absolutely loved it. We just have an old camper i fixed up but they want to sell our house and permanently live in it. Was able to get some good deals on some older ATVs and fix them up and they have been an absolute blast to have around the community. Our neighbors have become great friends and everyone is so nice and helpful. If your thinking about buy and or building i dont think you will be disappointed.

The people of the community are great. It's everything else that's awful. We bought 2 lots and were staying at the RV park while we got our lot ready to live on. In the first week we figured out what a huge mistake we had made. The POA office has the worst management and bookkeeping I've ever seen. We had to pay twice for one month because they lost our payment. They constantly harassed us for every little thing. When we always kept our lot tidy compared to the other broken down junky campers. The rules are ridiculous! Takes away any fun to be had. Plus the police constantly harassing everyone. The nice lady across from us was washing her dog at the empty lot next to her and a cop pulled up and screamed at her she couldn't wash her dog there. I could hear him from across the street! Her was so rude to her. Totally unprofessional. She's a poor old disabled lady! Nasty diseased stray cats were living and peeing under our camper and waking us in the middle of the night with cat fights. After talking to good folks who had left the place we found out that's all business as usual at that place. We moved thank God and are praying we can sell our lots. It was nothing but a complete waste of time and money. Don't be like us and make the same mistake.

Very Clean place! You get what you pay for! Kept roads, nice lakes, nice amenities, Friendly people. If you want a nice place for camping this may just be the place for you. Visited today and was absolutely impressed! I will be purchasing a tract very soon and can't wait to get down there and stay! Thanks Linn Valley Lakes! Great Job!!! Five stars! ***** A+++!!!
