Really bad experience after coming here for years. I used them for my wedding and I got 9 suits for my groomsmen and myself. We had suits shipped to wrong locations, colors were mixed up, and one of my groomsmen suits weren’t ready until the day of my wedding because they misplaced it. We had to drive 5 hours total on the wedding day to make it happen. They also didn’t provide 2 groomsmen suits with the socks and pocket squares. They never communicated to me return dates and I was hit with $160 in late fees when I returned everyone’s suits.

This company is nothing but a joke. Not only is the rentals complete trash and were falling apart on two of my groomsmen, but the customer service is even worse. They were nothing but rude and were not helpful. I literally had the lady working at the desk roll her eyes at me. I do not recommend renting from them if you want quality items and service.

They f'd my order then offered me 5 dollars (literally), the woman who is the manager is combative and totally rude. They lost a customer.
