Nice Hampton in the Suffolk area. Rooms were nice and clean. Location was convenient to shopping and restaurants. Gym was little small but good enough to get the job done. Great staff. Have stayed here several times and will stay here again.

Positive: The location and friendly service were great. Negative: The first room that I was assigned was in disrepair. However, I was promptly given a new room without hesitation and the staff inspected the new room before changing me.

Room floor wasn’t clean. Had toilet issues. TV seemed like I went back to the 90s. I had to click thru each channel to see what was on television because it didn’t have a guide screen plus not a smart tv so no Netflix or YouTube either. No HBO or movie Channels that I could find. Awful since it’s 2022! Staff was nice. Location is convenient to stores, nail salon and highway.

From the welcome by the front desk staff to the folks in the breakfast area, every single person was smiling and welcoming. The room was exceptionally clean and the beds were very comfortable. The shower was hot and the water pressure was great. There are lots of sidewalks in the area so we could take walks and get some fresh air and sunshine in between our visits to the hospital to see an extremely ill family member.
