Went to Med First at Emerald Isle. Could not see me because it was 4:40 and they close at 5. β Corporate doesnβt like if we work past 5β. . Yup. An Appointment tomorrow is the best we can do. Corporate medicine.

Prompt visit - Thorough checkups & tests - blood work - shots to date- Pap smears- Mammogram's- eyes- urine routinely - A1C -etc In past if there is a question unknown they will look it up asap- Donβt ever answer phone - easier to walk over & make a appointment- Make a apt to get scripts then & there- itβs faster - never follow thru w/ copies of records requested- have to go back walking- never mail out- to primary in Springfield Ma

Kaitlyn May is so understanding, compassionate, and helpful! Itβs a blessing that I decided to move from Carteret medical group in Morehead to med first in swansboro/emerald isle!!

The doctor and nurses were very good listeners and showed care and concern. Wait time was very short on a Saturday afternoon. Would definitely recommend their location in Swansboro.
If it's not on your card, you should call your insurance company.
We sure do!
Yes they take Medicaid and the copay is $3
You can! We have an online self-scheduling site at https://www.thinkmedfirst.com/locations/med-first-swansboro/
Yes we do!
They will see you without insurance but you will have to pay for the visit which I believe is about $100. And if they give you antibiotics you will have to get them from a pharmacy which without insurance you will have to pay full price for. The pharmacy can use free coupons like GoodRX (you don't have to have the coupon, its just a website so you tell them you want the GoodRX discount). They are great with getting you seen and prescribing an antibiotic that will be as cheap as possible but unfortunately you still have to pay. You can either go to the hospital where they don't require any up front cost but you will probably get a really high bill in the mail since you don't have insurance but then you could make payments. Or you can go to the pharmacy and get over the counter AZO for like $8 which will take the pain away but its not an antibiotic so you will still need to be seen somewhere.
I would call them and tell them you need medication
Yes
Sorry, I do not know. I would suggest calling them.
