They will see you without insurance but you will have to pay for the visit which I believe is about $100. And if they give you antibiotics you will have to get them from a pharmacy which without insurance you will have to pay full price for. The pharmacy can use free coupons like GoodRX (you don't have to have the coupon, its just a website so you tell them you want the GoodRX discount). They are great with getting you seen and prescribing an antibiotic that will be as cheap as possible but unfortunately you still have to pay. You can either go to the hospital where they don't require any up front cost but you will probably get a really high bill in the mail since you don't have insurance but then you could make payments. Or you can go to the pharmacy and get over the counter AZO for like $8 which will take the pain away but its not an antibiotic so you will still need to be seen somewhere.
Even without insurance you will need to pay for the visit and treatment. You may have to call them if they offer payment plan, but not likely. For what you're looking for, I'd consider going to a planned parenthood. They offer free/more affordable services.

I didn't bother listening bc I have just alil money for the antibiotics through the GoodRX price..Looks like I'll be looking for a ride to the hospital bc Ive taken ALOT of AZO Cranberry pills & the AZO Uti max pain relief this past week Hoping it would just go away between those n me drinking 2 24 packs of water but noo luck n outta Uti max pain relief..
