I was seen by Dr Gilbert on June the 20th for severe abdominal pain. I went for a cat scan and Dr Gilbert did call me with the results that afternoon. I was told to follow up with her in a couple of days which I did. It took more then one call to get a response disappointed based on the severity of the issue the call back wasn’t from Dr Gilbert. From there I was given A referral I was told I couldn’t be seen by them until October. The girl that works with Dr Gilbert who finally called me back after two attempts to contact Dr Gilbert informed me I shouldn’t wait that long and I also needed to go to a GI Dr I was told that they would be calling to schedule to date no call yet. I have called Dr Gilbert’s office and left 2 messages no call back from anyone . For something that I was told should be addressed sooner over later I would think someone would have responded. If they were to busy to take me on as a patient that should have said so verses ignoring my attempts to move forward so I can feel better. Here it is July 7th still no call. So if your looking for a Practice that is attentive to your needs this is not the place to go. Again I would have preferred to be told they aren’t taking new patients now I have to pay to see another Dr to move forward.

Mrs. Stormy Gilbert and the rest of the ladies at the office are excellent and super personable from start to finish. Regardless of how busy they can get, they always do their best in a timely manner. They're beyond phenomenal! Could not and would not trust my primary care anywhere else.

The facility is great, however I'm extremely concerned. I called in to the referrals department and the lady that answered was obviously working from home as you could hear a small child in the background crying. The lady that answered started yelling at the child about punching her and then hung up on me. Extremely unprofessional but more importantly worried for the child that's in her care
