Made a reservation for about a week out and was called by an employee who asked me to come in next day to see the unit which I agreed , I drove about 30 minutes to get there and the door was locked . The woman at the counter shouted were closed so I threw my hands up and she walked over and opened the door and says were closed (3pm) and I say I have a reservation I was asked to come , she replied can you come back in 30 minutes , I said ill never be back . Called customer service got an answering machine left message and never received a call back . Stay far away !!!! Edited many days later still no call back from them after many attempts with their 800 #
