Store was busy but they still got to me quickly and were very helpful. Also I had to call their customer service bc they had several different accounts listed and I wanted to combine them so that I would be earning rewards for the same account everytime I shop. They combined my accounts with no problem and now I have $40 in rewards that I have earned.

Lately terrible experiences at this particular location. Lazy inconsiderate staff and it’s not everyone is mostly the young African American ladies. No assistance at all and they’re not very knowledgeable with products etc…I came in this morning neither one of the YOUNG girls was able too help me. They both was higher than a kite. If you not willing to work or go the extra mile to help and assist customers you’re in the wrong field. Go somewhere with less interaction with customers. I’m going to take my business and hard earned money to Oreily or Advance Auto much better service and parts anyways.

I attempted to get help from the short heavy set African American young lady with long red hair. It was clear that I had no idea where to find the light bulbs or the fuses. When I decided to move to another line for assistance she then yelled across the store “ mama its h7 on 2” embarrassing!! I recommend additional customer service training that includes store etiquette. She was extremely rude, loud, and unprofessional. The hood doesn't have to be Hood
