Honestly the inside of the apartment isn’t bad but what you have to deal with is…I haven’t even been here a month there is already a roof leak in my bathroom there are ROACHES that I’ve tried to get rid of, asked them to come spray multiple times. Also this is something that I saw that bothered me the baseboards don’t touch the floor, there is a hole under my dishwasher, and there was water coming from the ac machine. I don’t mind the cops being there every other day it’s jus the apartment in itself, and it’s impossible to get in touch with the office I could call all day and no one will pick up… I pay too much to be living w pest and they not gonna lower my rent for any of these issues….

Water floods my carpet in my bedroom everytime it rains, which is pretty often. There is a gap under my bedroom wall that lets in rain and bugs so there are constantly rollie pollies (pill bugs) and slugs crawling in under my bedroom wall and under the carpet. I notified the office and they sent someone to vacuum my apartment, but they haven't tried to fix the leak at all which means this is going to happen again and again. I NEED A SOLUTION! Either fix the leak, move me to an apartment that does not have a leak, let me break my lease.

Trash apartments and water has been off for months now. Property owners can’t be located or identified due to changing their LLC and being out of state owners. They do nothing but collect the rent. The city is about to relocate everyone and shut cedar run down. Stay away

Cedar run are great apartments that have great staff and Maintenance worker ! Rmonei was swift and professional with moving me in the maintenance mens are excellent curtis and demeco !
