I’ve been here for 2 years and it’s horrible!! People break into the mailboxes ( and it’s still not fixed), steal packages from door steps. The maintenance is HORRIBLE! My thermostat is at almost 85 degrees and I put a work order in for it 2 weeks go, says completed, but still not working properly. Me and my 2 year old have to sleep on my living room floor because it’s the coolest place in the apartment but there’s nothing cool about it. My front door was never fixed, looks like someone previously broke in the door, still looks that way. They change management too much! I honestly feel like I should call code enforcement. I can’t wait to find something else, it’s depressing here.

The apartment has children playing in the streets around the cars all day and night throwing a ball hitting the cars with it. Roaches galore but they are section 8 in which I had no clue. Management disrespectful but overall they are ghetto
