I went in to this location to save myself time. But I was disappointed in the staff being rude. They didn't really try helping anyone in need. There is always a way to say something to someone and the tone was disrespectful to me and others around. I still love the franchise just not this location.

Do not recommend shopping here. There is literally 6 registers and 1 cashier while there are 4 associates on the floor walking around. I have one items and it's taking forever to check out. No one is helping the only cashier check people out. It's ridiculous and Ross needs to do a better job in hiring and paying peoplw wages for them to stick around and work... Horrible store

This place is NOTHING like it once was. Hardly worth waking into if you're looking for shoes and athletic attire.

They use to have a lot of Junior clothing now they have barely anything. Mostly plus size stuff. I was upset with how they re did the store. It’s hard to find anything now.
