The leasing agent who toured with my husband and I was very kind. However, our experience with the application process was very stressful, as the application kept timing out, refusing to verify, etc. Additionally, please note that if there is 24h with no movement on your application, it will be cancelled without refund or notice. We didn’t know this, and were told we would need to reapply and run the fees again, after we did not hear back from the office a couple days after the application was submitted. Additionally, when we had issues with redoing the application, my husband called the office twice and was told by two different individuals that they would call back to resolve the issue. It has now been 48hrs, and he has still not received a call back… while there is still the 24h-movement-or-your-application-gets-cancelled policy. Anyway, just be aware to keep the ball rolling, so you don’t get caught with extra fees!

I have been living here in Poplar Place townhomes my lease will be up March 25, 2022 I went to sign my lease my rates went up $125 more not happy but I had no choice.
