Got a 10 piece drummies wanted them fried hard. Then wanted them sauced up. They said were out of sauce. By the time I got home Those wings were so dry. Just ridiculous.

When I arrived to place my to go order, I had wait a few minutes before my order was taken even though the cashier was standing on the other end of the counter doing nothing. I then proceeded to wait 40 minutes for 4 chicken tenders, fries, and rolls (which I never received). As I was asking for a refund because I had waited forever and it appeared all the kitchen staff was gone (they left with their own to go boxes before all the remaining customers had received food), my order miraculously appeared. The person who I was told was the owner had brought it out about 2-3 minutes prior, but didn’t ask any of the customers waiting at the counter if it was their order. I explained to the other gentleman the food even looked cold. I was assured the order was just brought out. So, against my better judgment I accepted it and proceeded home. As expected, the fries were extremely soft and stale, not fresh and crispy. It was like they had been sitting in the to go box for a long time before they were brought out. Mind you, I only live 5 minutes away so that wasn’t enough time for them to get that soft. I requested seasoned tenders, but they had absolutely no seasoning on them. Instead of the ranch dressing I requested, I received bleu cheese. Essentially the entire order was trash. I had another poor experience here previously, but I decided to give them another chance. However, at this point it’s best that I take my hard earned money elsewhere because the customer service is bad and the food is no longer great.

They are courteous, welcoming, knowledgeable about the food there. Only problem is they cook their wings to hard. I could put a note on the order and say don't fry hard but no one is actually reading it. The fish is awesome.

I would never order from here again. Food is already overly priced and they won’t even give enough fries. On top of them charging for everything that comes with the “meal” how do I order a combo and have to pay for an additional $3 for vegetables? If y’all wing lovers like me, try Memphis Best wings on millbranch! Decent price and they load you with fries ! Debos be counting fries, do better
