Look, the pizza here is top notch. It's New York style which is fine. Even though it's in the heart of Chicago but whatever. But the service is the absolute worst. We waited over 20 minutes for our pizza which was given away to the wrong customer simply because these guys have no idea of what's going on. It's insane! Absolute anarchy. Do not come here unless you're cool with waiting 30+ minutes for probably the wrong pizza.

Great pizza. One of the best places to get pizza in Chicago in my opinion. They also have Vegan options.

Questions & Answers

I want to order a face shield and I live around the corner from Dimo's but it seems the only way to order is to have it shipped. They should have a way to do "ship to store to pickup" or "pickup at store".

Hello. You can call either store to place an order for pickup. Or you can choose a face shield from our online menu on dimospizza.com when we are open and you place an order for pickup.

They touch your pizza with bare hands in oven even after you ask them not too.
