TERRIBLE!!!!! The staff is beyond rude and the secretary, knows nothing about customer service. Advice to Dr.Haan, make it a point to call your patients to let them know you no longer take their insurance! This is the second time I've had issues with their office when it came down to communication. And if you're a little over weight she will treat you different as well. Be aware.

I went to the doctor for the first time today and the doctor was really kind. There was something I was worried about, but he explained it well and was the best among the obstetricians and gynecologists I met in the United States. The nurses and receptionists were also friendly. thank you.

This review is not a reflection of the physician but of the receptionist / scheduler. She clearly needs to be trained on how to provide customer service . She sounded very annoyed when I called to change my appointment , as if I was inconveniencing her . Needless to say , I ended up just cancelling my appointment .
