Horrible experience. Worst dealer I ever dealt with. Very shady. Stay away from them. Deceptive pricing and rude staff. Do not go there by the price they listed on thier website.

Worst experience, stay away from Edison Nissan. I had my car service there for $3k and service assistance Joe assure it would have warranty for 12 months or 10K miles. Same issue occurred after 2 months and they asked me to drop of car but surprisingly charged $199 diagnostics fees. Joe has no manners on how to talk to customer. Intentionally not picking up calls. He threaten that his manager would fire him if i don’t pay diagnostics fees. Joe get life and find another job if your manager is asking to cheat customers. Worst ever experience… stay away from this

Like every other Nissan dealership, this service department pushes services you don’t need and they’re dishonest. I came here after leaving acme Nissan for the same reasons. Nissan quality of service is deplorable !!!!

I must say I was at first impressed, but now I am not. This dealership is rather shady. First off, I had asked my sales representative what the pricing was like between the two cars. Instead of just providing me the numbers his response was "well, everything is negotiable." That was not the case. If it is a certified pre-owned they charge you upfront for the certification, regardless if you want it or not. They said they could take $200 off, but that would be the best they could do. I would not want to purchase a car that has nearly a $4,000 certification PLUS he initially said it was optional. That however was not true, and it was a set price. Very transactional dealership, did not even ask what I was looking for or my individual budget. Very disappointed. I had come here years prior thinking they would improve, they have not.

Exactly. I was told I had to pay the taxes on the car. Then you tell me I have to put down 3900. I thought it was just me but after reading reviews its just what they do.
I would say follow up with Nissan. Tires do usually have life time expectancy regarding miles.
They also had 2 sets of documents to sign upon purchase, overcharging interest at 1300.00 i got the refund after I found the errors of overcharges and had to argue and put on a show to get my money back. This place needs a NJDoBI audit.
