We had such a great experience with our Lake Forest apartment. We got our lease all set up before moving to the local area and they are one of the only places doing dog-friendly month to month leases while we shopped for a home. Move in was very smooth and our apartment was clean and freshly updated. There was no hassle when it was time to move out and they were very fair about the security deposit. The community amenities are nice as well. We would have been happy staying longer, but found our own home to move into.

Our family moved here from Colorado during COVID. It was a tough time to move but Lake Forest is a lovely little spot with a pool, hot tub, dog park, and tennis court. We are staying temporarily while we look for a home and the staff has been very kind. The maintenance staff is super friendly and prompt and helpful while the office staff is really kind, organized, and thorough. They worked with us through a misunderstanding on our part. Thanks especially to Delilah and Lexi in the office and to McCollum with maintenance! You guys are awesome!

Western Management

We have really enjoyed living at Lake Forest. It is in a beautiful setting, centrally located, and has some great amenities for all to enjoy. The management and maintenance staff are wonderful and the property is well maintained. I am impressed with their quick attention to any detail or request. Parking is never an issue and we appreciate the many carports throughout the complex.
