I am so glad Los Banos has a UPS store and the fact that it is very well organized and efficient. The staff is all exceptionally customer oriented. The service is excellent in that the line moves fast because the staff knows their job and the business and how important it is to meet a deadline. I recently had a stack of papers to fax asap and they were closing in 10 minutes, I made it in and had the wrong fax number which I didn’t know at the time and that was causing major problems. We thought it was the system being slow or not working on the other end to receive which went past the closing time. The staff person was so patient and tried her best to get this done for me she stayed several minutes over her quitting time and with determination she figured it all out and got my job done. I was very happy and relieved she went above and beyond for me knowing the importance it needed to get there that day, I thought she was going to say come back tomorrow and try it again, but she stuck with it and her customer service was awesome. I was so thankful. I love this place for all my mailing and shipping and stationary. I prefer this store over the US PO anyway . Thanks UPS !
