I already did a review for the just completed re-piping at my residence but, I think I may have omitted one person that was integral to the job. That was Carlos. Three stars because of the service. Jose had a great attitude, prompt and professional. Kudos to him. Something was a little fishy about the pricing structure here. To install a garbage disposal (that I provided) $515 To Change the water shut off valve: $397.77 To replace a generic P-Trap plastic kit: $326.54 Dispatch charge for technician: $69 I’m fine with the dispatch charge but for the total price of $1309 for this job was definitely out of line. I decided to go with another company quoted beforehand for a much better price considering the job warranted. I don’t mind paying the right price for the right job at all, especially with plumbing. I don’t touch that or electrical when I remodel properties. I do mind, an attempt at what seems to drastically overcharge. The job took about 1 hour and 15 minutes with the other provider, handled with The same Quality and care that All American plumbing would have I’m sure, just without the price gouging. Therefore the other provider just earned repeat business from me. I get it’s not the case with everyone, but a heads up to other people in case a similar scenario happens. I’ll say again though that if you do use all American plumbing and they charge you appropriately, Jose was a gem. Service and attitude is just as important as the actual job itself!

Hi Maria, The product we use is called Root-X. It is only available to professionals do to how the 2 part product is applied. City municipalities also use Root-X to address public sewer system, though on a much larger scale. The Root-X treatment is guaranteed for 12 months, as a properly applied herbicide to kill tree roots growing into your sewer line.
