Great urgent care experience. They took me right at my appointment time, the front desk was SO helpful and easy to talk to. All the staff was very friendly, they were quick, but they still took time to look at me. I was there an hour and xrays were done and blood work was done. Very quick, friendly service!

Atrocious "care" Saw Dawn McNerney, PA-C at the urgent care who told me I was "hyper focused" on my health issue. Apparently addressing the concern you want to be seen for means you are "hyper focused" on it. She completely dismissed me in an insulting manner and left after. The visit was 3 minutes tops. My concern is now being addressed by a surgeon at Mass General who actually listened and understood. If you look up reviews for Dawn McNerney, PA-C it is apparently an ongoing trend that she lacks bedside manner.

I would like to give a HUGE SHOUT OUT TO SHANNON the receptionist for fixing a PT1 that was initially done incorrectly. Thanks to her efforts I can finally go to my Dentist. She took the time to understand what I was saying. Spoke with her Friday May 20th & KUDOS to Shannon for a job well done !!!!!! It's only taken over 2 months to find the Right person. Thank You, Thank You & Thank You Marcia 👍👍
