Wouldn't let me rate zero. STAY AWAY IF YOU VALUE YOUR VEHICLE'S APPEARANCE! Washed my car 05-10-22. Brush slammed against right front side and badly scratched the paint. Mgr. refuses to pay for repairs, saying he doesn't believe what happened. STAY AWAY!

I came because my truck that had unlimited was in the shop for repairs and was asking if I could transfer a membership to another car I owned. Young Man named Cam was assisting me when we realize that my membership was canceled because my credit card had changed. He went ahead and gave me a free car wash just because I was already here and that was unexpected and awesome customer service. Once again thank you for employee CAM AND I will come back when my truck is out of the shop to rejoin the unlimited program

I have been using this company for a couple years now. I have the ultimate wash package for my truck and i use my card for the second car but both these vehicles are washed at the facility regularly. I have had the same truck and tool box and the same chain in the same location the whole time. The constant varied response to the items in the back of the truck are too much to deal with. The incompetence from the attendees that greet you at the card machine entry point are getting worse. The lead guy this morning stopped me from going thru the wash due to a 3/4 25'ft chain between my tool box and the bed wall of my truck. First i would like to point out that if their machine was strong enough to move this chain it would be blasting the paint off of ever vehicle going thru it. Second the arrogance of the lead guy is unacceptable. This guy doesn't need to be the person the at the public is interacting with. Sorry for the rant. Now when you have an issue with a company you normally call them to take care of it. If you do try to call you will get a voicemail message that says there is no room for more messages so that option is not available. Good luck with that. I have decided to cancel my 29.99 monthly subscription and take my business elsewhere. On a good note when i called to cancel the membership at their main phone center the young lady i spoke with was very understanding and courteous. Maybe the field team at the Madison location should take some training from her their customer service would be a lot better. I also recommend the management team at least attempt to explain the rule of nothing in the back of the truck bed to not include items that it takes a couple grown men to move.
