Had a great meal. Allie was a very attentive waitress considering she was the only server. The bartender took care of us for our drinks. Allie was super busy but did a great job!!

Wish I could give this a better rating. I used to really like Chili's, but this location doesn't appear to have ever recovered from Covid. Had half the restaurant closed down due to staff shortages. But it's been that way for a year now. At this point, that's completely on ownership and management. The staff that was there was working hard and staying busy. They need help.

After seeing this Chili's location struggle with staff (too little-all positions) due to C-19, we were glad to have great food and service here again! I know this is because we sat in the bar dining area. We sat in the bar corral the last 2 times we visited. The bartender (Kyle?) was friendly, fast and knew the food menu well. Better than any wait staff we had in the dining room since this restaurant's staff shortages begin. Keep this man! (AA, around 33, long hair) We got more attention from him than sitting in the main dining area. And he was taking care of 12 seated tables...amazing & awesome! Do work to keep this guy, North Madison Chili's. He is a keeper!

Very poor service at TO GO. Food was over 30 minutes later than the original 45 minute estimate (1.25 hours). While waiting for pick-up, heard the hostess answer the phone and tell the person on the line that they are not taking any togo orders at this time, then left the phone off the hook so no further calls can come in. When we got home and checked the food, we had half of our order wrong (food we didn’t order) and the food was cold (we live 5 minutes from this location). When attempting to call multiple times to speak with someone, we received a busy signal (go figure). I’ve had fair service at best from this location most times, but the customer service exposed tonight shows that management does not care about patrons and their quality of service.
