Unprofessional job interviews. Does ambush interview phone calls. Forced a start date on me without giving me time to consider or consent. Had to cut off the interviewer and tell her thanks but I need more time to consider because I have 2 scheduled interviews today. Then she sends me email saying she regrets to inform me they aren't offering me position. I have 10 years experience and was charming. Advice: schedule an interview instead of ambush, don't force a start date without consent or allowing a day to consider

I had a interview with one of the employees at Inno source they said the interview went great and then I never heard back after that I applied several times because they kept posting job openings on indeed and I will get an email saying sorry they are not able to offer me an offer. How do you judge a person off of a video interview ?
