A terrible healthcare experience. Everything is 10x more complicated and difficult than it needs to be. As a customer you have no control or ability to figure things out for yourself (e.g. in-network providers) and have to go through the multiple layers of "care" to answer simple questions. It's so difficult to find in-network providers I've put off my own needed appointments because it just takes so long and is so frustrating. Sometimes we'll be told places are in network and then receive bills for full cost. I imagine Quantum Health saves everyone money because people only manage to book half the appointments and procedures they actually require. I wish my husband's company offered other insurance options!!

Was told lab work covered 3/2020, then was billed. After countless phone calls, Quantum sent Quest diagnostic check 6/2021. I had to fight with Quest and finally got refund 4/2022. Can you give less than 1 star?

This company is amazingly bad. Read the other reviews. The good reviews are from the companies who pretend to have good insurance. This isn't it.

Absolutely useless company. Dramatically long wait times to talk to a care manager. Most of the time, they don't even respond. You get a different person every time and NOT ONE OF THEM IS HELPFUL! You should go out of business. I imagine it's not the employees' faults, the service is so bad, they're likely being crippled by management.

Quantum Health actually does customer service for employer insurance plans including some telephonic nursing. They don't provide in person patient care.
