There is a Macy's furniture store on the other side of Tuttle Mall. . It's actually West of I-270. There are maybe 5-6 different furniture stores there including Front Room Furnishings and others. I love this Macy's furniture store. This furniture row is a great place to look for furniture.

Local management is not going to answe your question. In my opinion you wasted 22-23 minutes of your own time trying to be understood, should have moved onto the next employee. Unfortunately asking for staff to be proficient in the native language is not a priority for a lot of companies.
