Manager would not let me purchase an online item that was returned in-store because she couldn’t find the UPC code and it was not tagged. She said she has to contact other stores for UPC code. She did find the exact item and style number online but would still not ring me up so I could purchase. Since it was taking such a long time, I purchased the item online for pick up while in the store since she couldn’t figure out how to charge me. However, even will order # and proof of receipt she would not allow me to pick my item up until it gets processed (which Idk how long that would take). Extremely inefficient and incompetent handling of purchasing one item.

Masks required. Associates asked if I needed help, not many people in store. Good signage advertising sales. Curbside pick-up area clearly marked, as well as in-store pickup shelves.

It’s easy to return it to one of our 850+ stores within 90 days. However, you cannot return your items Curbside, you must come into the store. If you're a Rewarding Moments(TM) member, no receipt needed! To return by mail, simply print a return label from MyAccount.
You or whoever you designated as your pickup person while ordering can pick up your order.
We are doing the following to keep you and your family safe: frequent cleaning, capping the number of guests in-store, and available face masks and gloves for you and our store teams.

Employees sanitize their hands after each customer interaction and wear a mask during the entire process of fulfilling your order. When the associate brings your order to your car, they will place your order in the trunk or backseat to comply with social distancing.
