I called the rental office Tuesday to schedule a tour on Thursday at 5 pm. The office isn’t supposed to close til 6 but I guess they went home early because I wasted my time and gas. I won’t be recommending these to anyone especially since they close early, don’t consider other people’s time, and have no type of communication when I called both numbers they have.

My sister has lived there for over 20yrs under different owners no problems. Her fiance past away and she cant afford to live there but they are letting her of of lease she did live in 2 different apartments and is moving out of townhouse.

I live in a bottom apartment and I know there is some noise going to be above me, but since the apartment complex has exchanged ownership, it has gotten nerve racking. We can not watch t.v, sleep, nor have company because the people that live above us let the kids run, jump,stomp and march on the floor constantly. They have jarred light fixtures and made my pictures crooked on the walls. They scream and yell and there have been at least 3 domestics a week. When asking the apartment manager what to do, she instructed us to document the events and give them to her and they would work on it with mediation. How can you have mediaton when the party involved will not answer emails or texts? Even the apartment manager has called the police and all reports from them have also been documented, so management claims. So when will they do something ? We have lived here almost 12 years and have not EVER had to deal with such disrespect, or inconsideration of other residents. I called to make an appointment with the Corporation so we can resolve this issue. If I could give a half star I would .This place has gone downhill since exchanging owers. 😬
