They always have such a great selection of toys, clothes, and baby gear. Plus, the prices are unbeatable. I've saved so much money by shopping here instead of paying full price at other stores.

I was looking for high chair for my grandson and Once Upon A Child had a great selection to choose from. I found the perfect one and it was so much cheaper than buying new.

What I noticed is that if the salesperson that helps you doesn’t like you, for any reason. She won’t take your cloths even thought they are in great condition and they name brand items.

I would agree with this. They often have very little boys' clothes in stock and I bring in jeans for boys or whatever, in great condition, bame brand, etc and they won't take them. I can see for myself that they don't have too many.

I find it funny that they are selling merchandise AT retail value. I've seen some items there, that a simple internet search would tell me, is ABOVE retail price. But my question is, why is their customer service SO HORRIBLE?!?! I need clarity.

I've never seen the clothes high priced, but they do get stuff that is new. They definitely need to work on customer service.

My daughter and I were there at 7pm and the woman said that they were closed. But it says that they close at 8pm
