I find it funny that they are selling merchandise AT retail value. I've seen some items there, that a simple internet search would tell me, is ABOVE retail price. But my question is, why is their customer service SO HORRIBLE?!?! I need clarity.

I've never seen the clothes high priced, but they do get stuff that is new. They definitely need to work on customer service.

Because they can. They price some items low enough to drAw customers in and then hopefully they buy other stuff just because they're there now 🤷.
