I had a very wonderful experience. I was greeted promptly and the service carried over the entire visit. My daughter had help with her dress fitting and I never felt if I was pressured to buy anything. Due to the prompt and genuine service, I had no issue paying just under $400 for a homecoming dress. Came back a week later to pick up the dress from alterations and received the same kind of warmth. The sweet lady overcharged me by accident and refunded me with an apology. I wouldn’t have noticed but I truly appreciated the honesty. I will be returning for future dresses. Very happy with my decision to visit the shop.

Our visit to the Bridal and Formal Center was exactly what my bride was hoping for. This store had a wide selection of wedding dresses in many sizes to choose from. Even better was the price of most of the dresses. My bride felt like she had plenty to choose from while still staying within her budget. Alterations on the dress were very affordable with a quick turn around time. Candice was very knowledgeable and helpful. I only wish we had found this store earlier. Even though we'd driven by this store before, the sign is not very visible from the road and the store front is not well marked so we didn't know what it was. Even with a GPS, we drove right by it the first time.

I have bought all of my gowns at The Bridal and Formal Center over the past 11 years I could not be happier with the staff and the price range. When you come here you truly feel like a part of their family! Will always buy my gowns here!!!

Ladies, if you are planning the happiest day of your life, DON'T GO HERE. You may have the misfortune of running into Jennifer. I like to call her the Bridal Troll. Or maybe The Anti Bride. She is rude with a nasty attitude. In fact, she treated me so badly that I surrendered my deposit on the most beautiful dress, and went right up the street to Venus Bridal on Bragg Blvd where I found an AMAZING dress. And they treated me like a princess! What's sad is, the rest of the ladies at this shop were so sweet. Jennifer just put a pall over the whole shop. Your business would do a whole lot better if you fired her. She is LITERALLY bad for your business. I know for sure she lost you a few hundred dollars because I took my money to another shop.

They have lots to select from including all sizes. And the employees are so nice and help you find the best bridesmaid or wedding dress
Sorry, I don't have pictures of plus size but there is a huge selection of beautiful plus size gowns from size 18-32!!!!!
You can take it home that day.

Yes, Melisha. Almost all the vintage gowns are rentable. We rent them for half price; hence, $50-299. These have never been rented before so it is as though, your own NEW bridal gowns. Ms. Elaine
Hi Victoria, I'm sorry I just saw this question. When did you buy the gown? We just had the same thing happen to another bride-to-be after she put her gown on layaway. She came right back in and switched it to her 2nd favorite. BTW, I just don't understand how people can be so heartless as to show others the gown BEFORE the wedding.
