I spent 3 hours waiting for them to review my clothes and they bought $16 worth out of 3 huge tubs, much of it great brands (Janie & Jack, Gap, Kissy Kissy, etc.). I spent even more time neatly folding it. Such a waste of time.

I never write negative reviews but I have to on this one. I read the reviews before I came but decided to go take some of my super nice children’s clothes to sell. Took a full plastic tote that was clean and folded neatly, like they said they wanted. Even included a few pair of brand new baby shoes. Got there before they opened and after 2.5 hours I get a text that they are done. They rejected everything. Employees/cashiers were nice and I know they were just relaying the message from whoever made the decision. That’s the only nice thing I can say. Apparently my laundry detergent didn’t smell good enough for them. This was a complete waste of the one day I have off as a working mother. I’m only posting this to warn others so they don’t waste their time like I did. I liked shopping here but I will never go back. I can agree with the low rating for sure.

I went to the Raleigh location today on my lunch break and had a terrible experience. There is a letter on the door that says "they are short staffed and to please be patient at the check-out and to help by taking the hangers off." When I walked in there was a lady(later I found out she was the manager) I spoke to about the sale on onesies. I get to the checkout and there is a long line forming and only one cashier, but several workers either on the floor, or behind the counter looking like a deer caught in headlights watching the line get longer and longer. Finally, a lady goes to the floor and then that lady got a lady from the back to help. The lady is pregnant and her BARE belly was hanging out from the bottom of her shirt (very unprofessional and inappropriate she should have worn an undergarment). There were some items that were in the clearence section that wasn't clearence and I just let her know that if it was not clearence, then I did not want it. I had items off the hanger for her to ring up, but instead, she took her time to hang up the put back clothes and not ring up the rest of the clothes. I kindly asked her if she could do that later and continue with my order and she got an attitude and walked away and said she was not going to ring me up. The lady I had talked to when I first entered the store came to the register and I let her know what happened. The pregnant lady began talking loudly and causing a scene and tried to go back and forth with me when I was talking to the manager. She told the manager she was just going to clock out and kept being rude to me even after the manager asked her to be quiet. I then asked the manager what the lady's name was and the lady responds by saying, "None of your business!" The manager ignored me and didn't tell me because none of the employees had name tags. Since I was not giventhe name of the employee she was the African American lady who is pregnant with her belly hanging out the bottom of her shirt and she had very ong, fake eyelashes. This lady had no respect for me and my time as a paying customer and neither did she have respect for her manager. The manager should have asked the rowdy woman to go to the back because she was just arguing with me and I had asked her to stop talking to me. The woman is probably just working there to get a discount on baby clothes since she is pregnant because her customer service was TERRIBLY HORRIBLE and she makes me not want to even go back there and I've been shopping with this establishment for years! My mother was on the phone with me and she heard everything this young lady aid to me and was baffled at how aggressive and rude and disrespectful she was to me as a customer. Seems like there have been a lot of bad business going on lately with this place from the looks of the reviews.

If I could leave 0 starts I would. This store is a joke. I took over 30 items shoes and clothing combined. The staff member that assisted with the sending process acted as if she really didn’t want to help or answer any of my questions. They separated a brand new outfit still with tags on it. They purchased 18 items at $20 but then turned around and sold me a toy that was literally broken for half the money they gave me for what they did purchase. BIG JOKE!!!
